Position Description:

Our Healthcare Portfolio Solutions Team is seeking a Healthcare Real Estate Strategist to join our professional and successful team in Buckhead. The Analyst will be responsible for assisting the team with creating strategies for our Healthcare clients in regards to Geopraphic Informaiton Systems (GIS), Population Health, Real Estate Expansion, Consolidation and Existing Portfolio Optimization. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data to derive actionable insights and strategies that will shape smarter business decisions for our clients. The Analyst must be able to identify areas of opportunity, develop hypotheses, and communicate potential value. Experience in the Healthcare Industry is highly valued. The Analyst will be working with JLL’s top brokerage team and based in Atlanta.

Essential Functions:

• Quickly familiarize with JLL’s GIS mapping software.
• Assist with the initial creation and continued maintenance of GIS requirements for various client initiatives.
• Conduct Trade Area analysis to include; drive time studies, and hand drawn trade areas in order to identify population and/or income and age
• Educate and collaborate with coworkers on using data, predictive analytics, and best practices
• Compile geographic data from a variety of sources to improve industry and market knowledge
• Assist with our data reference libraries for use in analytics projects.
• Assist with development of hypotheses and strategy for Healthcare clients – Expansion, Consolidation, M&A.
• Produce a variety of reports, analytics, and GIS maps to facilitate operational processes and business decisions.
• Provide reporting and analytic support to the client and on-account team.
• Perform statistical modeling and analysis testing the correlation of variables to the output.
• Manage and coordinate projects and initiatives.
• Ensure efficient data management processes and high data integrity.
• Develop and lead a process for mining available data from databases for analysis that will lead to improved customer service delivery and improved performance.


• Ability to quickly familiarize with GIS mapping software such as ESRI, ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth Pro, and provide suggestions on best in class software and tools
• Technical expertise in statistical analysis using tools like MS Excel, ESRI Business Analyst, Maptitude
• Experience with manipulating and analyzing geospatial data using shape files, KML, and KMZ, along with personal geo-database.
• Must sell, evangelize, and motivate business users to contribute time to the effort, as well as, reinforce the role of Healthcare Real Estate Strategist
• Commercial real estate services experience is highly desired
• Self-starter able to execute with minimal supervision; ability to work autonomously, but as a team contributor
• Consistent drive to learn more about GIS and Public Health in regards to the Healthcare sector
• Ability to listen to client’s problems and generate solutions that efficiently and effective solve the problem
• Capability to multi-task, prioritize and manage work in a dynamic environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with internal JLL resources

Education: Bachelor Degree; GIS, Computer Science, Population Health, or a related fields preferred;
1+ years of GIS experience; or commensurate experience
