Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to help ensure our Data Engineering department is firing on all cylinders. S/he will be responsible for coordinating the with our Sales and Flight Operations departments to ensure upcoming operations are properly resourced and that data is delivered to customers on time. The ideal candidate for this role has a background in geospatial project management, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a new and exciting industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

Review upcoming operations and ensure that they have the proper Data Engineering resources to fill them
Implement project management best practices and processes across the department
Provide administrative support to team members for licensing, hardware and software resources
Work with solution development to help streamline solution development process as it relates to Data Engineering
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelorís degree or higher
At least 3 to 5 yearsí experience in the geospatial data industry
Strong familiarity with project management principles; experience with project management systems is highly desired
Experience working at high-tech companies and startups is a plus
Excellent organizational abilities
Keen attention to detail
Impeccable written and oral communication skills, especially active listening
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and voice new ideas
Ability to quickly adapt in a rapidly changing work environment
Flexibility in the face of obstacles and sense of humor
