The City of Cedar Park is seeking an innovative candidate for the position of Enterprise Applications Manager
- oversee the development, standardization, deployment and management of enterprise, geographic information systems and other related software
- ensure optimal usage; determine and recommend procedural and equipment changes to maintain and enhance the system and staff productivity
- maintain the continuity of operations
- safeguard information assets
- participate in budget preparation and administration.
Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Science, Planning, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Public Administration or a related field, plus six (6) years' experience developing and implementing a comprehensive geographic information system, four (4) years in a lead or supervisory capacity
Master's degree in Geographic Information Science, Planning, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Public Administration or a related field, plus five (5) years' experience developing and implementing a comprehensive geographic information system, two (2) years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Certification by the Geographic Information Systems Certification Institute (GISCI) preferred.
HIPPA Security Certification (after hire).
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
$64,031.26 - $92,204.65 Annually
15 days of vacation, additional sick leave and holidays, 457 retirement program, health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
7% of employee paycheck contributed and City matches at 2:1 ratio upon retirement. Vesting at 5 years. Managed by the Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS).
