Thomas and Hutton/geothinQ is seeking a dynamic Selling Professional to join our team. In this role, you will leverage our existing network in addition to identified opportunities to sell geothinQ through sales demonstrations. geothinQ is a web based application to make land analysis simple and provides instant access to a wide variety GIS data layers to help its customers improve their business. geothinQ currently has more than 250 clients with these sales primarily generated by our application development team along with Project Managers. We are excited to expand our client base by adding you to our team.

This is a full-time position located in Savannah, Georgia and will include travel within the South Eastern United States. You’ll earn an attractive base wage, commissions on sales, along with paid-time-off, holidays and an array of company-paid benefits.

Primary Duties:

New Customer Acquisition: Utilize existing network to set up Sales Demonstrations.
Deliver Product Demonstrations: Deliver product demonstrations with our existing network either in person or via web.
Develop Sales Strategies: Communicate with team members to improve sales strategies to lower customer acquisition costs.
Customer Retention: Assist team in managing and maintaining and up-selling existing clients
CRM: Use internal selling systems to keep information up to date.
Experience:

Previous Sales Experience – 5-7 Years
Previous work with technology, software companies/products is highly desirable.
Selling fearlessness! You know it takes many attempts to reach that qualified buyer, and exceed at making this happen.
Excellent business communications. We target a professional network. You are adept at establishing credibility and rapport, and delivering organized sales presentations.
Previous experience with a Sales CRM application, e.g. Salesforce.com, etc.

Requirements:

Must be a self-starter with strong time management and planning skills, have the ability to target accounts and achieve results through a daily action plan
Willingness to travel a high percentage of the time
Bachelors degree preferable
Valid Drivers License
