Title: Geospatial Onsite Lead (GeoBase)

As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Geospatial Onsite Lead located at Joint Base San Antonio/Randolph AFB in San Antonio, TX.
The Geospatial Onsite Lead is primarily responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting for specific projects. Knowledge of Esri software is required, previous experience working in the GeoBase Program is preferred. Qualified candidates must be eligible to obtain a SECRET clearance.
Manage, prioritize, communicate, oversee, monitor and control quality of all San Antonio GeoBase Program Support team tasks.
Ensure completion of taskings and requests from AFCEC, AFIMSC Detachments, MAJCOM, installations, HAF, and other DoD mission partners.
Work closely with and coordinate taskings of San Antonio GeoBase Program Support team with counterpart team components at Langley GeoBase Program Support team.
Conduct and coordinate monthly GeoBase Program-wide teleconferences.
Represent for AFCEC GIO-San Antonio at various AFCEC, AF, and DoD meetings, workshops, working groups, tiger teams, and conferences.
Compile and submit monthly activity reports summarizing all technical and administrative contractor activities occurring at AFCEC GIO- San Antonio.
Manage and oversee the execution of Garrison GeoBase and GeoReach programs at AFCEC GIO – San Antonio and Geographically Separated Units.
Perform Coordinate team tasks associated with AF enterprise consolidation as mandated by AFCEC GIO.
Coordinate with and provide support to all AFCEC, MAJCOM, AFIMSC Detachment, and Installation GIOs, as well as all stakeholders and mission partners (to include other DoD services and Federal, State, and local agencies).
Must have a BA/BS and eight (8) years related experience, MA/MS and six (6) years related experience or 12 years related experience.
Strong working knowledge of ESRI Software.
Previous experience working in the GeoBase Program is preferred.
Must have a SECRET clearance or eligible to obtain a SECRET clearance.
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Strong technical proficiency required, including Microsoft Office products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals.
Quickly adapt and respond to industry changes as well as internal initiatives.
