Position Description:

Assist a Federal client with designing, building, and implementing new Web pages and sites; integrating sites with back end applications; and performing day-to-day administration of the organization's Web portfolio. Use of a variety of Web development languages is required. Improve functionality and manage O&M. Assist in collecting user requirements, managing User Acceptance Testing, and performing deployments. Create and manage all work requests within work tracking system. Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project status and provide a superior level of service. Consult with client project team to plan, design, and build effective web pages and elements, advocating for good usability practices and effective use of page templates. Web development including:

• Technical leadership
• Operations and Maintenance of a high availability website
• Website Enhancements
• Communicate standards, methods, quality assurance/control processes, and metrics

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or computer related field
• Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, AngularJS, CSS, HTML, and Python
• Experience with the ArcGIS API for JavaScript and the ArcGIS API for Python
• Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
• Security+ Preferred or ability to obtain certification

• Technical working knowledge of leading geospatial technologies
• Knowledge of web technologies, standards, and protocols
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, coding standards, source control management, build processes, and testing
• JIRA Experience
• Visual Studio Experience
• Experience working with content management systems and experience working with technical team members (business analysts and developers) to execute web projects.
• Knowledge of Federal IT Standards and Policy
• Demonstrated attention to Detail and Client Relationships
• Ability to work independently and proactively to take initiative to solve complex problems
• Excellent writing and communication skills
