Salary Range for this position is $125K - $160K Annually
This Sr. Project Executive position provides leadership of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software related projects and opportunities for our customers and prospects. Individuals in this position will be leading a team within a region with the intent of growing business and successfully delivering on customer commitments. The Sr. Project Executive is the key contact at all levels of the customer and is accountable for the ongoing success of customer relationships. The Sr. Project Executive will manage the full financial view of the assigned region from prospecting and sales all the way through project delivery and support.

-Looking for an eager and willing individual to build a team to compete for project work in the western US and to compliment our company's existing capabilities throughout the US.
-Candidate must have a proven track record of building strong relationships with potential clients and provide exceptional project delivery to existing clients.
-Candidate should have a track record of helping to sell and deliver $1M-$3M worth of large projects to customers on an annual basis.
-Candidate should be known in industry affiliated professional organizations and groups and have a solid track record of managing internal technical teams and managing projects to profitability.
-Work experiences and client relationships with local and state agencies in the western US is a plus.
-Other duties as assigned.
-Qualified Candidates will have a BS/BA in Engineering or related degree (preferably MS/MA) and a minimum of 10-15 years related experience; or equivalent work experience.
-Candidate should have business development acumen within the western US market.
-Strong technical proficiency required, including Microsoft Office products.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment.
-Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals.
-Quickly adapt and respond to industry changes as well as internal initiatives.
