We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team and support a corporate partnership focused on municipal stormwater public-private partnership (P3) programs. We are looking for candidates with a keen interest in applied resource management and strong communication skills to fill a full-time position. The candidate will be based in Largo, Maryland, with periodic travel expected on the East Coast.
We are looking for intellectually flexible team members who embrace individual and team growth. Depending upon skill set you may serve various roles in working with the pre-sales team, on-boarding new customers, ensuring success of existing customers, conducting product testing, developing technical analyses, and/or assisting with protocol development and help center assets. We don’t expect any one candidate to have all expertise listed below, but we do expect top candidates to be able to demonstrate existing expertise and capability to quickly adapt and develop new skills. The candidate’s role could expand to include local east coast customer success as new municipal clients are secured. We also envision the candidate may spend 10-20% time supporting east coast sales for well qualified leads by participating in software demonstrations (in person), participating in local events/conferences and developing/fostering municipal customer relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
---Comfortable using a range of software (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, etc.) as well as mobile technology products (iOS and Android devices).
--Technical expertise in some area of environmental sciences, including but not limited to geomorphology, hydrology, ecology, aquatic chemistry, modeling, statistics and/or environmental engineering.
--Proficient in Esri GIS software. List any experience in ArcGIS Pro, ModelBuilder, image classification, raster geoprocessing, Collector and Survey123 field apps, ArcGIS
StoryMaps, ArcGIS Hub and/or publishing data to ArcGIS Online
--Self-motivated and well-organized team player.
--Strong verbal and written communication skills.
--Bachelor’s degree required, higher degree a bonus.
