Role Description:
-Support latest Esri ArcGIS 10.5.1 software suite of tools and technologies.
-Abide by best practices for Geospatial Data Management/ Metadata Standards/ Data Sharing/ Data Quality/ Data Governance and Access Security.
-Troubleshoot API and data integration issues.
-Design, build and configure apps to meet business process and application reqs.
-Develop program specs and validate program accuracy by preparing unit test plans/scenarios and evaluating results against plans.
-Able to develop code for medium to complex programs.
-Modify new or existing programs to reflect changes in systems reqs.
-Prepare work unit packages which include: source code, documentation, unit test data/plans, debugging, and evaluating test results against expected results.
-Minimum 5 yrs GIS/Geospatial Application Support; 5 yrs exp. ArcGIS Geospatial tools
-Should reside in Eastern or Central time zone
-Must be self-represented
-Must pass Federal background investigation with drug testing
