Position Description:

The Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments (WRCOG) is seeking a GIS Planner to support the Transportation and Local Planning Programs of WRCOG. Under minimal supervision, maintains and develops GIS data and products for agency use, sharing with local government partners, and for public viewing. The primary responsibility of this position is to organize and maintain up-to-date geospatial data and conduct analyses to support local planning and transportation projects throughout the region. The selected candidate will need to have experience developing professional maps for reports and large scale printing, as well as experience producing webmaps. Experience with ArcPro is a plus.

Salary based upon experience:
Entry Level Pay Grade ($43,100-$61,000)
Associate Level Pay Grade ($55,000-$78,000)
Senior Level Pay Grade ($67,000-$96,000)
