Position Description:

The telecommunications Specialist will have a deep understanding of complex C4ISR enterprises to apply advanced networking and hardware concepts in the analysis, study, and characterization of deployed architectures and systems. Provide systems and technical engineering and analysis support to C4ISR systems being assessed.

Required Skills:

� Ability to create butterfly diagrams.

� Ability to communicate with decision makers.

� Ability to lead cross-functional project teams.

Required Experience:

� Experience creating butterfly diagrams.

� 5+ years of experience in complex communication systems (satellites, networking, command & control).

� Confined space experience.

� Experience with labeling utilities.

Preferred Experience:

� GPS experience.

Desired Qualifications:

� 5+ years experience plus a bachelor�s degree; or 7+ years experience without a degree
