As a GIS Developer with Resource Data, you’ll help design and develop geospatial data and geospatial solutions that elevates enterprise geospatial systems efficiency, performance, and value. You’ll join a team of high-achieving technical consulting professionals and help provide solutions to our client’s most challenging enterprise geospatial problems. Job Responsibilities

-Integrates non-spatial applications with geospatial information
-Designs and builds GIS applications and automated workflows
-Designs and builds Enterprise GIS databases
Analyzes end user needs to develop solutions following specifications
-Troubleshoots issues with minimal guidance, identifies bottlenecks in existing data workflows and provides solutions for a scalable, defect-free application
-Executes assigned project tasks within established schedule and budget
-Performs quality assurance of analysis, software, code, testing, and technical documentation. Uses advanced technical skills in programming and data
-Prepares accurate estimates, writes proposals, and understands architectural trade-offs necessary for project success
-Work with clients and project teams to assist with GIS-related technical issues and support their geospatial needs

Required Skills & Experience

-Experience with Geospatial data management, development, and maintenance
-Experience in software development or testing, including testing automation and the development of test plans
-Experience with enterprise GIS setup and development including ArcSDE
-Experience with GIS data migration projects
-Experience with AWS and Azure
-Experience with ArcGIS Online and Portal
-Development experience with SQL
-Proficient with complex GIS concepts such as Geometric Networks, Topology, Spatial Joins, Spatial Projections
