GEO Jobe is the industry leader in ArcGIS development. GEO Jobe is currently growing its Products team and has a spot open for a new Application Developer. This position is designed for an individual with full-stack development experience in Node.js and JavaScript that will be creating applications on top of the Esri ArcGIS stack. You will be working on both new products and existing popular industry apps such as Admin Tools for ArcGIS, Backup My Organization, and Clean My Organization. These products are used by over 10,000 organizations around the world (52% domestic / 48% international), including many high-profile clients. Position Details

Position: GIS Developer
Pay: $75,000/yr to $90,000/yr ( Based on Experience )
Benefits: Group Plan Health / Dental Insurance, 401k, New Parent Leave, PLT, etc.. ( Competitive with Industry )
Location: Gulfport, MS ( or Remote )

Requirements

• 2-3 years of full-stack software development experience, with an emphasis on modern web applications
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript development on both client and server-side
• Experience in Node.js and frameworks such as Express
• Experience with modern web/UI development, HTML, CSS
• Experience with RESTful web services (ArcGIS REST API)
• Strong understanding of Asynchronous programming
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• You will be on the cutting edge of ArcGIS solutions, so excelling at creative problem-solving is required

Preferred

• React experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise
• Knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB)

Extra / Bonus

• Dojo Toolkit, Esri Calcite framework, Web AppBuilder / Experience Builder for ArcGIS a plus
• Web server administration experience on the Microsoft platform (IIS)
• Experience Using Version Control Systems with a Team (i.e: GIT, SVN, etc..)
• Web development protocols and security
• Experience with high-volume applications
• C# development experience
